Ingredients
- 30 ml Prepared Green Tea cooled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Chai Spice Concentrate (any flavour)
- 1 Soda or Mineral Water
- 600 g salt
- 140 g Coconut-flavoured rum
- 1 lt Grenadine syrup hot
- 125 ml Ice cubes

Instructions
- Heat a large saucepan add the oil and fry onions and garlic until starting to brown and sweeten
- Add carrots, lentils, stock and milk to the pan and bring to the boil
- Simmer for 15 mins until the lentils have swollen and softened
- Whiz the soup with a stick blender or in a food processor until smooth (or leave it chunky if you prefer)
- Season to taste and garnish with a dollop of yogurt. Serve with warmed naan breads.
