Ingredients
  • 30 ml Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup Garlic clove chopped
  • Onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Split red lentils
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Sock
  • 2 1/4 cups Chai Spice Concentrate (chilli)
  • 1/2 cup chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 cup Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp eggs

Ingredients
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 40 ml Orange juice
  • 2 Chai Spice Chai Concentrate Chilli
  • Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
  1. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry
  2. Mix chai spice, garlic, salt, pepper and oil and sprinkle over chicken
  3. Wrap tightly in aluminium foil and refrigerate to 'marinate' for at least 2 hours
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  5. Remove wrapping from chicken breasts and place them in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

Ingredients
  • 30 ml Prepared Green Tea cooled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Chai Spice Concentrate (any flavour)
  • 1 Soda or Mineral Water
  • 600 g salt
  • 140 g Coconut-flavoured rum
  • 1 lt Grenadine syrup hot
  • 125 ml Ice cubes

Instructions
  1. Heat a large saucepan add the oil and fry onions and garlic until starting to brown and sweeten
  2. Add carrots, lentils, stock and milk to the pan and bring to the boil
  3. Simmer for 15 mins until the lentils have swollen and softened
  4. Whiz the soup with a stick blender or in a food processor until smooth (or leave it chunky if you prefer)
  5. Season to taste and garnish with a dollop of yogurt. Serve with warmed naan breads.
