Try this classic cocktail with a twist of Chai Spice.
Ingredients
- 15 ml Ginger Snaps, finely crushed (original)
- 15 ml Boiling Water
- 15 ml Liquid Chai Concentrate
- 1 tsp Apple juice (good quality)
- 150 ml Unsweeted Apple Juice
- 100 ml Chai Spice Concentrate
- 1 cup Fresh mint

Instructions
- In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the Chai, rum, coconut rum, Grenadine, pineapple juice and orange juice
- Shake vigorously and strain into glass full of ice.
